The Recent proposal of U.S.A-President to China to 'police' SOUTH-ASIA conflicts seems like a 'First- Aid' political approach or a 'Smoke -screen' solution !
All three Super Powers (taking Russia within)along with EURO as the 4th member should take up a Time-Bound programme to solve not only the regional conflicts ,terrorism(Global), Ecological future but also the responsibility of removong povery and starvation anywhere and everywhere on the Globe and not only bring back the financial-smiles on some ailing rich friends.
So long there is even five percent of people any where or any corner of the Earth starving , all boasting of Power, success,Scientific advancement are only sham political make-up or a stage -show 'Farce'.
So long a billion of people are starving (UNO-Report), people ,suffering''anywhere' have all moral and divine right to take up any means to face it and fight it to the end.
A STARVING BELLY HAS GOD's SANCTION TO STEAL .
